Originally developed by Pasadena developer and builder George W. Stimson. The subdivision attracted many socially prominent families looking for a suburban setting outside of the city. The neighborhood has a wider variety of homes ranging from the late 1800s Victorians and early 1900’s shingle style craftsman bungalows.
